Thank you for strategies to decide responsibly in a world that bombards many of us with options. Broadly choosing less over more is one. Underlying it is the assumption that thriving prefers simplicity. Also helpful is whittling more obvious non-contenders—making early cuts based on wellness, sustainability, the golden rule, etc. Doing so opens space for careful attention to the options left.
